How privacy worksHow it works
List each post’s channel, topic, stage, optional campaign URL and notes. Add publish dates for scheduled and published posts. Build the report, review past unpublished dates, and export CSV/PDF, JSON or a calendar of scheduled posts.
Supported formats
Up to 100 posts; idea, draft, scheduled and published stages. Optional HTTP(S) URL up to 2,048 characters without embedded credentials. CSV, PDF, JSON and all-day ICS exports. PDF supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.
Good to know
No social account connection, automatic posting, reminders or platform synchronization. Ideas and drafts may be undated. Scheduled and published posts require dates. ICS includes only scheduled posts, including past scheduled dates for review.
Worked example
Before
A newsletter scheduled for January 12, 2027 and an undated blog draft
After
Two report rows, one upcoming scheduled post and one all-day calendar event
The draft stays in the editable plan without a calendar event. Once a post is marked published, later exports omit it from the scheduled-post calendar.
Separate a planned date from a published status
Dates do not publish content. Review the reference date and update stages manually after publishing. Build consistent campaign links with the UTM tool, then paste them into the URL field; links are validated locally and are not requested.

Why is my dated draft missing from the content calendar export?
Only posts explicitly marked scheduled are included. Ideas, drafts and published posts remain in CSV/PDF reports. Change the stage after reviewing the intended publication date.
Common questions
Can I import this repeatedly to update my social calendar?
These ICS files create events without synchronization. Repeated imports may duplicate them, and changing a stage does not remove previously imported events. Manage those entries in your calendar.
Can I use this without an internet connection?
Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
