Scenario planning studio

Explore four low/high futures across two uncertainties and define indicators and strategic responses.

Choose two important uncertainties and explore four distinct futures. Test the same strategic action against each future.

Four scenarios are exploratory stories, not forecasts. The two axes must be distinct; no likelihood is inferred from the quadrants. Up to 50 rows; 4,000 characters per section, 1,200 per table cell.

Troubleshooting

Why does the scenario review reject a repeated quadrant?

A two-axis scenario canvas needs one scenario for each low/low, low/high, high/low and high/high combination. Use distinct axes and fill all four.
