How it works

Define an outcome, a success measure and an optional target date. Add milestones and next-action lines, mark their status and export a practical plan or dated milestone calendar.

Supported formats

Up to 30 milestones and 20 action lines per milestone. CSV, PDF up to 40 pages, JSON backup and ICS for dated unfinished milestones.

Good to know

Milestones count equally. Progress is not an estimate of effort, and the tool does not schedule dependencies or guarantee an outcome. Milestone dates cannot exceed an entered goal deadline.

The count describes entered milestone statuses, not half of the required work or a promised completion date.

Define what finished means

Use a success measure you can review, such as three published case studies. Break milestones into concrete actions and identify a short focus for the next week.

Troubleshooting

Why is my milestone date rejected?

Check its calendar validity and whether it is later than the goal’s target date. Change the plan deliberately rather than silently shifting the deadline.

Common questions

Does the calendar include completed milestones?

No. Only dated unfinished milestones become single all-day events. The complete plan remains in CSV, PDF and JSON.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
