Calendar export includes dated, unfinished tasks as all-day events, without reminders or recurrence. Re-importing can create duplicates. PDF reports support up to 40 pages; shorten large notes if needed.

Nothing is saved automatically. JSON backups are readable, unencrypted files. Export before closing. PDFs support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text.

How privacy works

How it works

Write a project objective, add tasks with owners, optional due dates and status, then build and review the checklist. Export CSV/PDF, a dated-task calendar and a JSON backup for future edits.

Supported formats

Up to 100 tasks; CSV checklist, PDF brief up to 40 pages, versioned JSON and all-day ICS events. Dates use Gregorian years 0001–9998.

Good to know

Manual plans only: no shared accounts, dependencies, automatic scheduling or notifications. Progress counts tasks equally, regardless of effort. Calendar exports exclude completed tasks and tasks without a date.

The progress count means one of two tasks is marked done; it does not mean half the project effort is complete.

Keep the editable plan alongside the brief

A PDF is a snapshot for review. Save JSON to restore owners, dates and notes later. Calendar imports create all-day events and do not keep calendars synchronized with later plan changes.

Why is a task missing from my exported calendar?

Only dated, unfinished tasks are included. Check its due date and status; completed tasks remain in the CSV/PDF checklist.

Common questions

Can I import the calendar repeatedly to update it?

This exporter creates new events on each export. Re-importing may duplicate them; manage previous entries in your calendar rather than treating the file as synchronization.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
