How privacy worksHow it works
Record the meeting date, attendees, discussion notes and decisions. Add actions with owners, dates and status, then export minutes, an action CSV and a backup.
Supported formats
Up to 100 actions; CSV action list, PDF minutes up to 40 pages, JSON backup and ICS events for dated unfinished actions.
Good to know
Notes are entered manually. There is no audio recording, transcription, automatic task extraction or notification service. Actions count equally in the completion summary.
Worked example
Before
Decision: launch after testing; action: Blair tests the form by January 12
After
Minutes retain the decision and an action row with Blair, January 12 and its status
A calendar export creates an event only for the dated unfinished action.
Write actions that have an owner
A decision and an action are different records. Keep context in discussion notes, record the decision explicitly and write a concrete task for the action list.

Why are my meeting notes absent from the CSV?
The CSV is the action list. Use the PDF or JSON backup to retain attendees, discussion and decisions too.
Common questions
Does marking an action done notify its owner?
No. Status is a local record only. Sharing a downloaded document or contacting an owner happens separately.
Can I use this without an internet connection?
Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
