How privacy worksHow it works
Enter contacts or import the documented CSV columns, assign stages and follow-up dates, then review date flags. Export a list, PDF, JSON backup or calendar of dated open contacts.
Supported formats
Up to 100 contacts; CSV import headers name, email, company, stage, followup, notes. UTF-8 CSV/TSV up to 1 MB / 150,000 characters; CSV, PDF, JSON and ICS output.
Good to know
No email, messaging, shared CRM account or automatic notification is provided. Closed contacts are excluded from calendar events. Past entered dates need manual review.
Worked example
Before
Alex is contacted with a January 9 follow-up; reference date January 10
After
Alex is flagged for review, with a calendar event for the entered date
The flag does not mean an email was sent or that the contact has been reached.
Review imports before creating follow-ups
Columns can be in any order but must use the documented names. Import replaces the editable contact rows. Keep your source CSV and export JSON before closing the tab.

Why is a client absent from my calendar?
Check that the contact is not closed and has a valid follow-up date. Undated and closed records remain in reports but do not create events.
Common questions
Will this contact my clients for me?
No. Calendar export adds single all-day events when you import the file into your own calendar. It does not send messages or keep calendars synchronized.
Can I use this without an internet connection?
Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
