Annual plan input is the actual per-seat annual charge, not its advertised monthly equivalent.

Include base fees and minimum commitments

Billed seats are the larger of your required seats and the plan’s minimum. A low per-seat price can cost more when minimums or base fees are included. Check the contract separately.

Why am I billed for more seats than I entered?

The plan’s minimum billed seat count is larger than your current or future requirement. Review that assumption against the provider’s actual terms.

Common questions

Will the tool fetch current software prices?

No. Enter prices from your own research. The comparison performs local arithmetic on those values.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
