How privacy worksHow it works
Enter a per-seat price, seat count and billing cycle for each subscription. Calculate monthly equivalents and annual estimates, then add actual next-charge dates if you want calendar exports.
Supported formats
Up to 100 subscriptions; one currency. CSV, PDF, JSON and all-day ICS calendar exports. Dates use Gregorian years 0001–9998.
Good to know
No live prices, taxes, prorating or currency conversion. Annualization uses 12 monthly, 4 quarterly or 52 weekly charges; a calendar year can have a different number of weekly payments. Calendar exports contain single entered dates, without recurrence or notifications.
Worked example
Before
Two seats at 12.00 per month, plus a 24.00 annual domain
After
26.00 monthly equivalent and 312.00 annual estimate
The annual domain contributes 2.00 per month. Monthly equivalents are estimates, not a prediction of the charge total in each calendar month.
Separate equivalents from actual due dates
Enter the next-charge date from your provider. The calculator does not advance old dates or determine renewal rules. Aggregate monthly totals are rounded after summing annual amounts, so displayed rounded rows can differ slightly from their sum.
Shared expense splitterTroubleshooting
Why does a weekly price not equal four times that price per month?
The estimate uses 52 charges per year divided by 12 months, rather than assuming every month is four weeks long.
Common questions
Will exporting a calendar cancel or manage my subscription?
No. Importing the ICS only adds the entered dates to your calendar. Re-importing may create duplicates. Cancellation and renewal changes happen with the provider.
Can I use this without an internet connection?
Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
