Study timetable generator

Schedule study targets before exams within daily windows and show any unscheduled minutes.

YOUR WORKSPACEProcessed on your device

Allocate subject targets before their exam dates, earliest exam first. Daily windows include breaks. The planner fills consecutive sessions; it does not optimize spaced repetition. Exam day is excluded. Unscheduled minutes remain visible. Up to 56 days, 20 subjects and 500 sessions.

Subject 1

JSON backups are needed to resume later. CSV and PDF are report snapshots. Large reports stop at 40 pages. Study calendars use floating local clock times in your calendar’s local time zone. They do not encode a time zone or adjust for travel. Review imported times. No notifications, recurrence or synchronization; re-importing may duplicate entries.

Nothing is saved automatically. JSON backups are readable, unencrypted files. Export before closing. PDFs support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text.

How privacy works

How it works

Choose a start and end date, daily start time, weekday availability and maximum session and break lengths. Add unique subjects with target minutes and optional exam dates. Build the report, review unscheduled minutes, then export PDF, CSV, a local-time calendar or editable JSON.

Supported formats

Inclusive range up to 56 days; 20 subjects; 500 sessions. Whole-minute targets up to 100,000, daily availability 0–720, session length 15–180 and breaks 0–60. CSV/PDF/JSON plus floating local-time ICS. PDF text supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.

Good to know

Earliest exam first, stable input order for ties; exam day is excluded. This fills consecutive blocks rather than optimizing spaced repetition. Partial final sessions can be shorter. A daily window cannot cross midnight, and breaks consume available time.

Worked example

Before

January 4–7, 2027; 60 minutes each weekday; 45-minute sessions and no breaks; Mathematics 90 minutes, English 60

After

150 scheduled minutes across five sessions, with zero unscheduled minutes

Targets are allocated before their exams. Reducing daily windows or adding breaks may leave effort unscheduled; the subject allocation table preserves that shortfall.

Keep the capacity shortfall in the plan

The daily window is the total time you have, including breaks between sessions. Subjects with earlier exam dates are scheduled first. Subjects without an exam use the end of the range as their last eligible day. Increase availability or revise targets when the report leaves unscheduled minutes.

Troubleshooting

Why are study minutes left unscheduled before an exam?

There may be insufficient availability before the exam, or earlier deadlines consumed the capacity. Exam day itself is excluded. Review the subject allocation table, available weekdays, breaks and target effort.

Common questions

Will calendar times adjust automatically when I travel?

No. ICS sessions use floating local clock times with no time zone identifier, alarms or synchronization. Review the time zone and imported times in your calendar; repeated imports may create duplicates.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
