Assignment deadline planner

Review assignment deadlines, estimated remaining effort and unfinished work by due date.

YOUR WORKSPACEProcessed on your device

Review assignments by due date and estimate the minutes still needed. Done items contribute zero remaining effort. The workload summary groups effort by deadline; it does not allocate study sessions. Calendar exports include unfinished assignments only.

Optional. Blank uses your local date when calculating.

JSON backups are needed to resume later. CSV and PDF are report snapshots. Large reports stop at 40 pages. Calendar exports are single all-day events. No notifications, recurrence or synchronization; re-importing may duplicate entries.

Nothing is saved automatically. JSON backups are readable, unencrypted files. Export before closing. PDFs support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text.

How privacy works

How it works

Add assignment names, courses, due dates, statuses and estimated minutes still needed. Choose an optional reference date, build the report and review overdue and next-seven-day totals. Export a deadline calendar, CSV/PDF snapshot and JSON backup.

Supported formats

Up to 100 assignments, required due dates and 0–100,000 whole remaining minutes per item. Gregorian dates in years 0001–9998; CSV, PDF, JSON and all-day ICS. PDF supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.

Good to know

Workload is grouped by deadline, not scheduled into free time. Marking an item done sets its reported remaining effort to zero. Dates and statuses are entered manually; no learning platform import or automatic notifications are provided.

Worked example

Before

Reference January 10, 2027; unfinished item due January 8 with 60 minutes, another due January 12 with 120 minutes

After

180 remaining minutes; 60 overdue; 120 due during the next seven days

Done items add zero effort and are excluded from the calendar even if their old estimate remains entered. The seven-day window includes the reference date through six days later.

Enter remaining effort rather than the original estimate

Update estimates as work progresses so the totals describe what is left. The due-date summary can reveal a deadline cluster, but it is not a daily work schedule. Use the study timetable to allocate actual revision windows separately.

Troubleshooting

Why is a completed assignment absent from the deadline calendar?

Only unfinished assignments are exported as all-day events. Completed items remain in the report with zero remaining effort. Calendar files do not update previous imports.

Common questions

Does the next-seven-days total include overdue work?

No. Overdue effort is shown separately. The next-seven-days window begins on the reference date, including assignments due that day.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
