Admit card maker

Review candidate CSV records and create printable exam admit cards on your device.

YOUR WORKSPACEProcessed on your device

Create two printable cards per A4 page, up to 80 candidates. This makes a school document, not a verified credential. Review every candidate ID and seat before printing.

Include the local time and time zone when needed.
Exact headers: name,id,class, room, seat. Quote values containing commas. IDs stay as text, preserving leading zeros.

Nothing is saved automatically. Download an editable JSON backup before leaving. Backups contain the details you entered.

PDF text supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic. Other scripts and emoji fail explicitly; review your output before sharing.

How privacy works

How it works

Enter school and exam details, date, reporting time and instructions. Paste or import UTF-8 CSV with name,id,class, room, seat headers. Review all candidates, then create the printable cards.

Supported formats

UTF-8 candidate CSV up to 150 KB / 80 candidates, exactly five named columns; two cards per A4 PDF page; JSON backups include the candidate list.

Good to know

Candidate IDs must be unique and every required field filled. No photos, verified signatures, identity verification or distribution service is included. Text must fit within each card; overly long cards fail rather than clip silently.

Worked example

Before

name,id,class,room,seat followed by Ada,0012,8A,R1,14

After

A card preserving candidate ID 0012 and assigned room R1, seat 14

CSV values stay as text. Quoted commas are supported; duplicate IDs and malformed rows are rejected before generation.

Review candidate data before printing

Candidate review is required before PDF creation. Changing any form field invalidates that review. Check names, leading-zero IDs, local exam time, rooms and seats, then use the school’s normal authorization process.

Troubleshooting

Why must I review the candidate list again?

A field or candidate record changed after the last review. Review the current list again so the PDF cannot silently use a stale approval.

Common questions

Are candidate details saved in a school database?

No. The list stays in this tab. Explicit JSON backups contain candidate data, and downloaded PDFs remain wherever you save them. Keep both under your own control.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
