How privacy worksHow it works
Enter one row per invoice with its issue date, due date, total and cumulative paid amount, or import the documented CSV. Review billed, paid, outstanding and overdue totals.
Supported formats
Up to 100 unique invoice records in one currency. CSV headers invoice, client, issued, due, total, paid; UTF-8 CSV/TSV up to 1 MB / 150,000 characters. CSV, PDF and JSON output.
Good to know
Payments are cumulative amounts on invoice rows, not a payment transaction ledger. No tax, refunds, bank reconciliation or payment-date cash flow is calculated. Paid amounts cannot exceed invoice totals.
Worked example
Before
Invoice 1: 1,000 billed, 400 paid, past due; invoice 2: 500 billed and paid
After
Billed 1,500; paid 900; outstanding 600; overdue 600
The reference date affects overdue flags. An invoice due on that exact date is not yet overdue.
Avoid counting an invoice more than once
Use a unique invoice number and update its cumulative paid field when a payment arrives. All entered invoices are included; the reference date is for overdue flags, not a historical transaction cutoff.

Why are duplicate invoice numbers rejected?
Multiple rows could double-count a bill. Combine payment information into one cumulative paid amount for each invoice before importing.
Common questions
Does this show when cash reached my bank?
No. There are no individual payment dates or bank transactions. Use it to review invoice receivables, not to certify cash flow.
Can I use this without an internet connection?
Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
