How privacy worksHow it works
Enter dates, tasks, whole minutes and hourly rates. Review rounded line amounts, export CSV/PDF or a JSON backup, or open an invoice from the billable entries.
Supported formats
Local form / JSON backup; CSV and PDF exports. Up to 200 entries, with 0–1,440 whole minutes per entry.
Good to know
Time is entered manually; there is no running timer or cloud synchronization. Drafts need an explicit JSON backup.
Worked example
Before
90 minutes at 10.01 per hour
After
A rounded line amount of 15.02
The calculation uses minutes / 60 × rate and rounds to the currency’s precision.
Carry the amount into an invoice without rounding drift
One minute at 1,000.00 per hour produces 16.67. The invoice handoff uses a quantity-one amount for that line, preserving the rounded total instead of rounding fractional hours first.
Invoice & quote makerTroubleshooting
Why is my invoice quantity 1 instead of fractional hours?
The description retains the time context and the flat line amount preserves the timesheet total. Check the copied description and amount before sharing.
Practical workflows
Turn a timesheet into an invoice
Calculate billable minutes, preserve rounded line amounts and save editable backups alongside your PDF.
Common questions
Where are my previous timesheets?
