PDF font supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic. Unsupported characters and certificates that exceed one page are rejected. ZIP filenames have a unique record prefix and sanitized recipient name.

Data lives in this tab. Export a JSON backup before closing. Backups are readable files; keep them somewhere private. Logos and recipient CSVs are separate.

How it works

Import a CSV, write a certificate or letter template using {{column}} placeholders, preview the first document and review the ZIP of personalized PDFs.

Supported formats

UTF-8 CSV up to 20 MB / 200 recipients; PDF ZIP up to 60 MB. One-page landscape certificates or portrait letters up to 40 pages per recipient.

Good to know

Placeholders must exactly match unique headers. Templates are plain text, not executable expressions. Latin, Greek and Cyrillic fonts are supported. Output is not a verified credential or digital signature.

Worked example

Before

Each row supplies one recipient’s values. Preview with public sample data before importing real recipients.

Keep recipients and templates recoverable

Template JSON does not include the CSV recipient list or logo. Keep those original files separately. Export filenames use safe prefixes and review the recipient list before sending documents.

Troubleshooting

Why is a placeholder missing or unchanged?

Check the exact header spelling and that a value exists in the selected row. Preview the first document again after editing.

Can I generate more than 200 documents at once?

Split the CSV into smaller groups first. Keep each batch within the recipient and output-size limits.

Can I use this without an internet connection?

Yes, after you prepare this tool from Offline help and the browser retains its assets. Installation is optional. All processing dependencies are bundled locally.
