Good to know

Headers repeat in each part. Column grouping uses exact values; clean inconsistent spaces or casing before splitting.

Each part also includes its own header row. Header rows are not counted as data records.

Split for a limit or for a recipient

Row-count mode suits import limits. Column mode suits separate department or project exports. Check grouped values before sharing each part.

Why are Sales and sales in separate files?

Grouping is exact. Normalize the relevant column in CSV cleaner if those values should be treated as one group.

What happens when the requested split exceeds 100 files?

The safety limit stops the export. Increase the row count or reduce the number of grouping values.
